Product is good but shipping is HORRIBLE

Never ever ordering from here again. So I ordered on December 5th two products with a promise that they both would make it by Xmas. Only got one on Xmas. Yes I get it that you guys are swamped with orders but making it seem like yall can deliver before Xmas is wild. They don't tell you that the product is made overseas instead of in the state. SF Express sucks here. They don't update the package progress regularly and the expected delivery date is constantly changing. When it hits the state it's supposed to be delivered in it tells you it's in a town/state and to wait in patience. No updates for about 3-4 days. So will I ever order from here again? Probably not. Don't get me wrong the product was great. The one I got...but most of it is the shipping. Especially for the holidays.
