This was a great purchase. It took awhile for it to ship but I do understand it had to be customized. The purse it self is awesome just wish it would be a little more flexible as it's hard to zip the purse up. All in all i will be purchasing another one soon. Thank you for my daughter's purse she loves it.
I bought this as a Mother's Day present for my mom. Although it did come after Mother's Day we were still happy with the results. I am surprised the bag look just like it does on the advertisement. It smells good. I yanked on the handles. Nothing popped a loose. Nothing is coming loose. I see no loose threads. It’s really nice. The straps are not plastic. I like the fact I can wear it with the long or short strap. My only regret is it was no wallet to go with this at least I didn’t see one. Nice quality I love it.
I bought my daughter a water holder which also includes places to hold her phone and credit cards. I had her nickname embroidered on the holder..a great gift idea!??

I received my bag. The design was beautiful, but the craftsmanship was very poor quality. I notified their customer service via email and sent pictures. Their solution was to give me 20% off on a future purchase. They took absolutely no responsibility For the poor quality of the bag that I received. Black owned or not, I will never order from them again.
The bear has class of 2026 and my granddaughter graduates this year 2025. I can’t give that to her.
I love this bag! It fits perfectly and is a great way to express my style daily.
The wallet is a nice size. It does not open very much. There are some obvious craftsmanship flaws in the threading. I did not order the top grain leather, but the strap on the wallet is plastic. I am not pleased with that. Overall, it is a nice product, with spooky eyes too.
